Liposomal Glutathione

Liposomal glutathione is a form of the master antioxidant, glutathione that is encapsulated within liposomes. Liposomes are tiny lipid (fat) vesicles that can encapsulate substances like glutathione, protecting them from degradation in the digestive system and enhancing their absorption into the body.

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that plays a crucial role in detoxification processes in the body, particularly in the liver. It helps neutralize free radicals, supports the immune system, and is involved in various cellular processes. Liposomal glutathione supplementation is often used to support antioxidant defenses, detoxification, and overall health.

Liposomal glutathione can be taken at any time of the day, but some individuals prefer to take it in the morning with breakfast or before meals to ensure optimal absorption. Liposomal glutathione typically comes in liquid form and is administered orally. It's often taken by placing the recommended dosage under the tongue and holding it there for a brief period before swallowing to enhance absorption. Refrigerated products are stable for 7 days outside of the refrigerator. Our refrigerated products are shipped with ice packs and shipped with expedited 3–5 day shipping. Rest assured; your refrigerated product will remain stable even if it is not cold upon arrival.

Liposomal quality and stability is visible and quite apparent. A degraded liposomal product will appear thick, cloudy, and inconsistent in liquidity. Also, a damaged liposomal product may appear separated, like oil and vinegar separation.

Each bottle contains 50 servings of Liposomal Glutathione. The recommended dose is 2 pumps per day. Our bottles are dosed out to contain a one-month supply, but depending on how much is taken, the bottle could last a bit more or less than one month.

Liposomal Glutathione can be stored in the freezer. However, not all liposomal products from Quicksilver can be frozen.

Liposomal Glutathione is available in two all-natural flavors, lemon mint and cacao mint. Liposomal glutathione is free from all artificial colors, flavors and additives, and does not contain any added sugar. Glutathione naturally contains sulfur compounds that aid in detoxification and these sulfur compounds may result in an occasional sulfuric taste or odor.
